Refund policy
We want to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Items in original, unopened packaging can be returned. Please contact us at sales@pinnaclecolors.com or by phone at 615-742-0663 if you aren't happy with your purchase and we will be happy to assist you.
We will not refund international orders that are returned due to non payment of customs, taxes or fees by the customer.
Shipping policy
- We ship orders Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
- Orders ship from our warehouse in Nashville.
- UPS/USPS orders usually ship the same or next day day if placed by 3:00 PM .
- In some cases part of your order may be on backorder. We will contact you by email if your order contains a backorder or if there will be a delay in shipping your order.
- Orders over $500 will receive free ground shipping in the continental United States
- International orders may incur customs and taxes on import. These are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund orders that are returned due to non payment of customs or import taxes.
