The LAMY LX takes the familiar ergonomics of the AL-Star and finishes them in something considerably more refined. The anodized aluminum body is paired with precious metal PVD-plated fittings throughout, with each color variant carrying its own coordinated metallic treatment.
The black PVD-coated steel nib is swappable without tools, available in extra fine, fine, medium, and broad, and writes with the same smooth consistency you would expect from any LAMY fountain pen. The ergonomic triangular grip section keeps things comfortable during longer sessions, and the pen ships with a LAMY T10 blue cartridge. Add the LAMY Z28 converter to use with bottled ink.
