Sakura Glow-In-The-Dark Solid Marker incorporate safety grade photo luminescent material in a solid paint formula for easy application. These markers can write on smooth, rough, wet, and oily surfaces.
These solid paint markers write a 13mm wide mark, and can be trimmed with a knife for finer mark.
Meets ASTM E2072-02 Luminance Standard.
