The T-40 is 5.5 inches long and can accommodate all sizes of Tachikawa and Nikko nibs. The cherry wood holder holder has a sky blue rubberized grip for comfort. Both standard nibs and round nibs fit this holder.
The T-40 has a plastic cap to protect your nib.
